Hospice provides support for people with life limiting illness. We are looking for people that would be interested in offering companionship to people. Someone to visit and have a chat and prehaps enable a caregiver to take a break.

Boost seeks to improve the literacy of children aged 7-9 years old through a 30 week programme via 2 hours of tuition twice a week.
3 Month Commitment (at a time) for approx. 1-2 hours a week, in where you will meet with a client and provide support and use your skills and strengths to empower and create change for Families with children under 10 years old.
The role will be to help us take photographs to go with stories to help lessen the stigma experienced by single parents and their children.

To assist with the riding and activities of clients when the attend the riding at the Riding for Disabled on Tuesday's and Thursdays during school term time.
Volunteers are needed to help sort clothing and iron clothing that are donated to the Hospice Mid Canterbury Shop
