Volunteers needed for Mid Canterbury's Family and Wellbeing Service

The Family Wellbeing Service is part of the Safer Mid Canterbury umbrella where we support families with young children in our communities and provide support and guidance with clients to achieve their goals.

We are a volunteer-based programme that works with the parents of
children aged 10 and under. We share our knowledge to build confidence and teach life skills that
help families thrive. If you are practical; open-minded; empathetic; are a good
communicator; with good household management and parenting skills,
we would love to hear from you today.

At present Vaccine Passes are required in order to be able to visit people within their homes

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

Each client will be with the service for a period of 3 months, with weekly visits of 1-2 hors a week.
