The successful applicant for this role will be able to facilitate and create a welcoming, judgement free environment for parents on the first stages of their parenting journey. Openess to creating opportunities for new play and connection experiences would be perfect. This role would be perfect for a parent looking to give back and support other parents, or someone with experience in ECE or playcentre.

Requirements:

We're looking for someone who is open, approachable and supportive to build on the support and connection Plunket Whānau Āwhina are offering for families.

Experience as a parent, or working in ECE or playcentre would be a bonus, as would a current first aid certificate.

Successful applicant will have to undergo a Police Check.

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

Including set up and pack up, this is a 2 hour commitment every wednesday from approx 12.15 - 2.15pm. This group runs through term holidays, but not over the summer holidays.
