Foodbank Canterbury is looking for volunteer to help with their Foodbank in Ashburton. Volunteers are needed on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9am and midday.

The role involves food collection, working in the warehouse, sorting food and food deliveries.

The role does involve lifting boxes up to 15kg.

We are a small, happy and friendly team who work well together in our fast-paced environment. If you think you can commit to a regular day on a weekly basis, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements:

Able to be on your feet a lot and lift up to 15kg boxes so you need to be physically fit.

Time commitment:

3hrs on Tuesday and/or Thursday
