Shuttle drivers transport people from the Ashburton area to health related appointments in Christchurch. The vehicle used is a 10 seat mini bus . Drivers collect clients from the pickup point in Ashburton and take them to a variety of locations in Christchurch. Each day is different and drivers are responsible for planning the times and routes depending on the needs of the clients that day, safely getting them to their appointment and home again, and collecting and receipting donations.

Requirements:

Good health (must meet StJ Medical Standards).
Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19.
NZ Citizenship, residency or valid work visa.
Full NZ licence.
Must undertake driver assessment.
Good references.
Minimum 12 months commitment.

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

2 days/month,
12 month commitment minimum
