Alzheimers South Canterbury has been making a difference to the lives of those living with dementia for over 25 years. In our region we provide family/whānau, friends and people living with Dementia with: Social Support Home visits Advocacy Telephone support Education Our team at Alzheimers South Canterbury are passionate and committed to empower all people in our region who live with Dementia to live their best lives. We aspire to encourage all of our community to live well with Dementia and we work with individuals, family/whanau and Carers to find the best solutions for each unique situation.
