The Garden is open every Thursday and Saturday morning. The purpose of the garden is not only to provide an accessible garden to enhance community well being here in Ashburton, it is also to learn about all things related to gardening, growing food, helping to work towads being self sufficient, sharing harvest and knowledge and also companionship.

Requirements:

Physically fit with a heart for being part of a community at the garden as well as part of a wider community.

A Ministry of Justice background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

The garden is open every Thursday and Saturday morning. Come to both or just one.
