• Set up Alexa and enable ‘Blind Low vision skill’ at the client’s location.
• Guide clients with the use of commands to search and listen to audio books and magazines in the ‘Blind Low vision skill’.
• On-going support with client by phone call four weeks later and or further visits if required.
