Support our team by researching community organisations and entering up-to-date information into our database. This work helps build valuable resources used by the public and our partner organisations, including a printed community booklet to be published later this year.
We’re looking for volunteers to gather and record service information by contacting local organisations, either by phone or email. After training with our Information Officer, the role can be carried out from home.
Database Role:
• Contact organisations by phone or email to gather up-to-date details about their services
• Enter information into our database following clear guidelines
• Training provided by our Information Officer – role can be done from home after initial support
Booklet Role:
• Similar to the database role, but information will be formatted differently to suit a community resource booklet
• Can also be done remotely after training
We’re looking for someone who:
• Is friendly and has great communication skills and is confident making phone calls
• Is comfortable with basic data entry tasks
• Is detail-oriented and can follow guidelines

• Flexible – ideally a minimum of 2 hours per week
