We are seeking a fit and confident individual to assist in a short-term project aimed at replacing approximately 40 outdated Neighbourhood Support signs with new, updated versions. This task will involve climbing a ladder or stepladder, so comfort with heights is essential.
The role entails using a drill to remove the old signs that are securely fastened with screws, and then either reattaching the new signs in their place or attaching them to nearby lamp-posts and power poles using durable cable ties.
If you're looking for a rewarding way to contribute to the community, enjoy a bit of physical activity, and have the necessary skills, we would love to hear from you!
Ideal candidates should have a good understanding of basic tools and safety practices, as well as their own drill. Familiarity with working outdoors and in community spaces is a plus. We expect that the project will take a few days, and flexibility in scheduling will be appreciated, as we want to complete this task efficiently while ensuring safety and quality.
