Ashburton street collections are planned in June for 2024. St John staff and volunteers contribute their time and energy to make our fundraising collection a success. We need extra helpers to maximise our efforts. Locations will be spread around the CBD, including several supermarkets. (Note: if you live in Rakaia, Methven, Hinds or Mayfield we would also love your help.) We need at least two volunteers for each shift. There are also other opportunities during the year - selling raffle tickets, collecting donations at events and so on.

Requirements:

Passion for the wellbeing of your community – and your willingness to get stuck in and help keep up the vital work that St John is doing.
