We are seeking volunteers to help serve customers, and to assist our very busy Costume Hire manager, Stevie Gallagher.
The main duties are customer service, so helping people find what they need, there is also stock filling, tidying and organizing different areas and some light lifting with boxes that some items are in.
The hours we are open are:
4pm -7pm Wednesday
10am -2pm Thursday and Friday
10am - 1pm Saturday
Most people work on a fortnightly basis with everyone doing a Saturday once a month or so. We are pretty flexible around hours and it is not necessary for new volunteers to be there the whole day.
South Canterbury Drama League Costume Hire Wardrobe, is a customer service based store that stores more than 5,000 costumes and props for hire to theatrical groups, schools and individuals.
Duties: This role involves completing tasks necessary for the smooth running of the Costume Hire alongside the Manager.
