Minute Secretary

Birthright are looking for a volunteer with strong secretarial experience to support the Trustees of Birthright Canterbury Trust Board for their Board meetings. The role would suit a person who business experience.

The role involves the following:
Attending about 6 trustee meetings each year and recording the minutes of the meeting (we have existing templates to be used).
Circulating the minutes after each meeting and getting sign off from the chair .
Preparing and circulating the agenda and the reports the end of the week before the Board meeting.
The meeting dates is usually the second Wednesday every 2nd month.
The meeting is between 6-8pm.
The meeting venue is in Rolleston. Mileage will be reimbursed

Requirements:

Organised, attention to details, administration skills, team player, previous either business or secretarial skills.

Volunteers need to be double vaccinated for this role.

Time commitment:

There are six meetings a year
