Volunteering Mid & South Canterbury are looking for a volunteer to be their Board Secretary

Volunteering Mid & South Canterbury are looking for a volunteer to be the secretary for the meeting on their Board.

Currently the Board meet on the 2nd Monday of the month at 7.30pm for a short meeting. The meetings have moved to being online including the AGM.

The Secretary would work with the Board chair to prepare an agenda and circulate Board material to members prior to meeting. '

At the meeting the Secretary would take minutes. Post meeting the secetary would type up the minutes.
