To provide tracking devices to family and care givers for use by vulnerable members of the community who suffer from cognitive impairments such as Dementia, Autism, Downs Syndrome and brain injuries, that may have a tendency to wander and be unable to re-orientate themselves, allowing them to live longer in the community. Provision of tracking devices via a loan bank system, maintenance of tracking systems, work with Police SAR and other stakeholders, training of SAR personnel in the Wandatrak System
