Accredited Visiting Services (AVS)

The aim of the AVS is to decrease levels of social isolation and loneliness, to reduce physical and mental health risks and to increase social participation, health and well being for older people. To provide a matched Visitor to commit to visiting for an hour weekly, to befriend, form a lasting relationship that has mutual benefit to both Client and Visitor.
