Membership & Communications Manager

We are looking for someone to deal with administrative tasks including: maintaining a database of our members and sending out annual membership invoices; membership communications (quarterly newsletters; event notices and notice of AGM; and responding to email and website enquiries).

Requirements:

Maintaining a current and up-to-date database of members and their contact details (via excel spreadsheet or online CRM database). Sending invoices to members (annually) via email (via electronic means such as Stripe, Xero, or similar) and coordinating with website based donation and membership payments (via Donorbox). Creating and distributing email communications with members, such as: quarterly newsletters; event notices and notice of AGM (via MailChimp). Maintaining and responding to email and website enquiries (via our Gmail account). Website notices and blog maintenance (uploading event notices to the Trust's website and maintaining the website's blog/discussion forum).

A Ministry of Justice background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

approximately 4 hours per month (flexible)
