When the Hakatere Marae hosts guests they serve food. There are times when the Marae need assistance in preparing and serving food such as finger food like sandwiches etc or occasionally a meal.

Requirements:

For this role you need to be willing to work in a team, use your initiative and assist with food preparation, serve it and help clean up.

Volunteers need to be double vaccinated.

Time commitment:

The time commitment involved depends on the event and the number attending. Generally you will be advised well in advance when your assistance will be required, occasionally there may be a need to call someone in if someone else is unable to attend at the last minute.
