Getting Beyond Busy : bringing leadership back to every day online training

Volunteering Wellington presents "Getting Beyond Busy : bringing leadership back to every day"
Do you find the length of your ‘To Do’ list paralysing? Do you constantly feel that you are drowning under a mountain of tasks? Do you ever have that sense that this is not what you signed up for when you took on that new role or leadership position?

Join not for profit leadership expert and coach, Aly McNicoll on this practical workshop that will help you conquer overwhelm, take charge of your time and enable you to bring leadership back in to everyday.

We advertise this workshop for the 'normally exhausted' and those who yearn to make more of a difference by focussing on what’s most important. It will

look at the 21 reasons why you should not be proud of being busy
help you identify the cultural and personal drivers of 'busy’ (that got you in to this mess)
help you learn to delegate more and learn how to say NO
enable you to re-find passion and purpose
identify surprisingly simple strategies to conquer overwhelm and boost productivity.
The workshop is delivered via Zoom with everyone on their own device. You will receive a pre course questionnaire to complete prior to coming, a valuable handout to print and use during the session plus a series of 5 powerful prompts post workshop to help you create a better balance.
